NYC

February 1st, wow! Life has been pretty busy since January 4th, so I suppose I should get used to this until June!

My cousin, aunt, mom and I went to NYC Thursday to play tourist and find a wedding dress! Both of those got checked off our list as well as selling two properties. *WHOOP WHOOP* We have this on going joke that every time I go out of town I sell a property...pays to go on vacation, right!?

When we arrived on Thursday we bee lined to the Empire State Building to get there before sunset, had Frozen Hot Chocolate atSeredipity, and dinner at Fig & Olive in the Upper East Side. Unfortunately no, Blair spottings..XOXO, Gossip Girl.

Friday was our busy day, we had scheduled 3 appointments to look for wedding dresses. First stop, Kleinfeld's, first dress I tried on I knew I was done searching. So we spent a while making sure the veil, etc. were perfect, got it ordered and decided it was time to celebrate! The experience at Kleinfeld's was wonderful, my consultant, Kathleen, was perfect. I tried on 4 dresses in the fitting room and didn't even walk out to show everyone. We all knew the first dress couldn't be beat. So, I said yes to the dress and cancelled my next two appointments. What a relief to have that item checked off my list!

We walked to Eataly from Kleinfeld's and had the best lunch at their rooftop restaurant, Baita. We enjoyed it so much we went back again before leaving on Sunday. Below are some pictures from our first two days in the city!
