the flannel channel

I always say that I'm going to blog more, so here I am...let's see if I can stick with it!

I have an obsession with J.Crew flannel and plaid tops, well all button up tops of theirs in general. They are so comfy and easy to throw on and dress up or dress down. I also have a fond love for my Hunter boots and in fact feel obliged to wear them when it's not even raining. This combo with a pair of shorts makes for a relaxed look while we're in between the hot summers and "fall" aka: 80 degree temps.

Last Friday I went to my favorite restaurant in Mexico Beach in this relaxed look, the sunset was beautiful and the weather felt great! My ever present top-knot bun was in all it's glory. I bought a new lens for my Nikon D7000 and it took amazing pictures, so I'm sharing some below.
