I really love the Chinoiserie blue & white look, for my birthday party I wanted to fill my vases with fresh flowers on the kitchen table. My big advice for hosting parties is to remember that everyone ALWAYS gathers in the kitchen. With this being the case, I wanted to showcase the pretty flowers & vases where everyone would be. Also for parties I always remove the chairs or put them in another room to ease up on over crowding the space.

I've collected these blue and white vases for years and either display them on a dining room table, bookshelves, or in my bedroom on furniture but they are always styled on their own. My home is all white (walls, ceiling, baseboards) and black (black doors, black trim), so these pieces really do stand on their own and when grouped together really pop!

What I love about these vases is that even though they are all from different places and have different patterns the blues are almost all the same shade and they all look beautiful together.
